Very well said. The bureaucracies of the 'advanced' states will be revamped eventually, but the Bahamas need not wait. We are smaller and that smallness should be an asset allowing for greater dynamism. Just as the small mammals outlasted the dinosaurs, the Bahamas should be scampering into the lead in the 21st century.
