Very informative, thank you. Perhaps Britain would like us to take over the management of TCI again? ;-) I think it might be our 'manifest destiny'.

No Thank You! And, just for the record Larry, there will be no suspending of our constution. However, you are right, it is definitely a hurricane working up over here.

We have got some serious concerns about ministers in corruption over here but we will get through it. I think these people thought they were going to pocket the resources and live large off us and get away completely with it. Most of them could hardly respond to allegetions with facts or records. They just resort to personal bickering, completely digressing from an important chance to clear their name of the accusations.

Make no mistake, a large contribution to this inquiry came from people there presenting evidence to the Foreign Affairs Comittee (FAC). The British are merely doing us a favor.

I have pasted the URL to a good read here for you. It was enlightening reading your commentary.

Wow, sounds like ours here in the Bahamas, only they have been getting away with it for decades.
I wonder how many Royal Commisions we would have had by now....

Mr. Smith, a very informative article and a good read as always. I think your articles should be mandatory reading for today's Bahamian journalists.

I agree.
