On and on we go here in the Bahamas, lots of talk but no action. Lets find out about the 150,000 light bulbs and solar systems, where are they now? Last I heard about all that, the equipment was all sitting in a warehouse somewhere with no start date. What the Bahamas needs is a Net Metering Agreement to give people the motivation to install these systems themselves and not rely on the Government. The Bahamas is the perfect place for hybrid systems using small wind generators and PV panels when the sun shines. Hope they get it together soon, times a wastin!
