Well said Larry. Perhaps if it is repeated over and over again at some point it may register with those who need to "get their fingers out" and do their jobs.

The thing is, Nassau is the perfect place for electric cars. The two biggest complaints, the lack of range before recharging and acceleration, simply wouldn't matter on New Providence. And because the island is not all that big, you would not need that many charge stations, either.
But of course, nobody is going to push this because it makes too much sense.
